Social Responsibility

The JP Flynn approach to social responsibility is predicated on encouraging behaviour and outcomes that accurately reflect our Core Values and Mission Statement.

JP Flynn’s core values are;

  • Social responsibility, professionalism and integrity in our dealings with customers, suppliers and in our service delivery.
  • Accuracy, clarity and honesty in all our communications.

JP Flynn’s Mission Statement also requires us;

  • To be socially responsible and professional when dealing with our staff, our customers, our suppliers, our sub-trades and all partnerships that make up our value chain.

Community

JP Flynn donate all retired serviceable office equipment to Computerbank for redistribution to disadvantaged community groups

Staff

Embedded in our Staff Procurement Policy is the requirement to employ and train apprentices.

Trade employees are required to nurture and teach apprentices to the best of their ability.

Patronage

JP Flynn are patrons of community radio stations 3PBS and 3RRR in Melbourne.

JP Flynn is involved in fund raising activities for the Variety Club of Australia and Reach.

Donations

We donate a percentage of our annual income to the World Society for Protection of Animals (WSPA).
