| Why do I have to pay an excess? |
You have a contractual obligation to your insurance company to contribute the excess portion of your claim. Your annual insurance policy premium will reflect the amount of excess you will need to pay. |

| How long does it take to process my claim? |
We will contact the insured within one hour of notification of a claim. We aim to attend your site within 24 hours of receipt of your claim. Within a week of your signed scope authorisation we will start work. (depending on availability of materials and trades) |

| Do you clean up after the work is complete? |
Yes. We ensure that the property is left in a clean and orderly condition and we remove any building materials and waste on completion of the work. |

| Are your staff and contractors properly trained? |
